The hotel may have been a bit of a trek through with no lift to our landing, but the rooms were comfortable and very clean. The service was friendly and helpful, especially Pietre who assisted us in booking tours. The location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk to San Marco and close to convenient transportation options. Though the dining experience lacked fresh ingredients, the breakfast was satisfying by Italian standards.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with clean and spacious rooms offering an excellent view of the lagoon. The friendly and helpful service added to the great experience, although the dining options were a bit underwhelming. The perfect location close to both the Biennale and San Marco made it a superb choice for exploring Venice.
